Shipping Policy

At Needle.Tube, we are committed to providing a reliable and transparent shipping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your orders will be processed and delivered.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States ONLY, including Alaska and Hawaii, from our Columbus, OH or Pittsburgh, PA warehouses. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Order placed before 3PM EST will be processed on the same day.
Orders placed after 3 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
Standard Shipping (2–4 business days) – via UPS(Bulk order only) or FedEx(default)
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – available at an additional cost
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier operations, weather, and destination.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number provided to check the status and estimated delivery date via the carrier's website.
5. Out-of-Stock Items & Partial Shipments
If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email and offer an estimated ship date or a refund. In some cases, your order may ship in multiple packages at no additional cost to you.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, shipping method selected, and delivery location. Any promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly indicated.
7. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipment, please contact us at team@needle.tube within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
